Unit 4

Well, after this i noticed that they two are so differnt but in the end i was still calm and my mind was open and clear. I think that having an open and clear mind is very much needed it will help destress and will only help us with our spiritual work. Now we know how to like love ourself and lets destress.....we all need it right.

  1. I know they were very similar but I found the second one so much easier to work with. I guess that is why there is no one set way to achieve mental fitness. Each person is affected by the exercises in a different and not always therapeutic manner.

  2. I am glad you were able to get calm. I struggled a little to keep the chatter out of my head. Good luck in keeping the stress at bay.
