Unit 4
Well, after this i noticed that they two are so differnt but in the end i was still calm and my mind was open and clear. I think that having an open and clear mind is very much needed it will help destress and will only help us with our spiritual work. Now we know how to like love ourself and lets destress.....we all need it right.

Unit 4
this was a hard unit for me becuase I think i really need to get some "me time" and be able to focus on the love-kindness exercise. I dont know why but it's like this exercise is just mentaly hard for me.........

Unit 3
Well, for unit three I would have to say that i am about a four on my physical well being, a 9 on my spiritual well being and a 5 on my psychological well being. My "goals" for these areas i would like to keep personal because well as of now i dont really have any goals but we still have a few units to go! I dont want to sound so.... negative but that is the whole reason why i am taking this class to open my mind, to look outside the box and i hope it work! LOL.

Relaxation Exercise Unit 2
I have been working on the relaxation exercise and to tell the truth it just kind of makes me tired ha-ha! I guess i need more work with it. The good thing is that the exercises helps to clear your mind and makes it easy to think with out any other daliy issues running around in your head. I will keep working on it and hope i can learn more.
