Relaxation Exercise Unit 2
I have been working on the relaxation exercise and to tell the truth it just kind of makes me tired ha-ha! I guess i need more work with it. The good thing is that the exercises helps to clear your mind and makes it easy to think with out any other daliy issues running around in your head. I will keep working on it and hope i can learn more.

It made me sleepy as well. I listened to it in the morning, but did the actual exercise at night. I can't feel that relaxed in the morning, not with many things to do. I like this because we get to put a face to everyone.

ReplyDeleteSleepy isn't all bad! It was hard for me at first, I'm not used to meditation or even having much time to myself. I too, hope we can learn more. Thanks for sharing!
Colin- you use hot spa stones to help relax your back. they work very well! you should try!
